Playing as a team

Welcome to Arkansas Dust Devils!

When you're looking for a sports team for your child, we know you have plenty of choices. What you're really looking for is a growth experience. It's important to understand your child's end goal, and to develop their ultimate potential both on and off the field. Whether you're grooming a collegiate athlete, or your child is just playing for fun - you've come to the right place to bring out their best.

“The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime."

OF BENTONVILLE

Losing is part of life...  If we create the athletic or family culture where everyone needs to feel like a winner all the time, or that every time they lose it was "unfair", we may be raising young people who not only don't know how to lose but also how to use that loss as a springboard for improvement.  If our kids can learn that great lesson as young athletes, they have a big advantage.  In real life, participation is good but it does not automatically equate to success.  Parents and Coaches working together to raise strong, resilient kids!!
